How To Integrate TouchDesigner With Bitwig Studio

Our new integration with the visual programming environment TouchDesigner allows you to create deeply synchronized audio-visual art.

TouchDesigner Tool Kit by Derivative

Derivative recently published a set of example files for TDBitwig. This release is a combination of a TouchDesigner environment file, a Bitwig project, and a detailed Wiki document to guide you through it. Learn more in their blog post.
 

Beginner Interface with TouchDesigner & Bitwig - TDBitwig

Learn how to turn your tablet into a custom Bitwig Studio controller in less than 15 minutes with this quick video from Bitwig expert Polarity. He demonstrates how to build a simple patch for controlling volume and panning of tracks in Bitwig Studio using a touch interface.
 

Visuals with Bitwig & TouchDesigner

Polarity's follow-up video walks through the process of making visuals in TouchDesigner that interacts with music produced in Bitwig Studio. In this 30-minute lesson, he designs visuals in TouchDesigner, sketches out some music in Bitwig Studio, and then uses the TDBitwig components in TouchDesigner to make the visuals react to the music.
 

Introduction to Bitwig Studio & TouchDesigner

Bitwig Certified trainer Stanislav Glazov launched an online course "AV Production with Bitwig and TouchDesigner". In this free video Stanislav shares his insights walks how to set up Bitwig with TouchDesigner and the powerful AV capabilities of the integration.
