Expected Shipping Duration
Our physical goods are regularly dispatched within  working days upon receipt of an order and payment.
The date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. We estimate the following delivery periods, depending on the destination country:
Germany: [1-3] working days upon dispatch
Europe: [3-5] working days upon dispatch
USA/Asia/RoW: [10-20] working days upon dispatch
Bitwig is not interested in contracting and will not contract with consumers outside of the European Union over the delivery of our merchandise. If you are not a EU resident, we ask you to order our merchandise for purposes of your trade, business or profession only.
Contracts entered into between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer (a resident in the European Union who orders the goods for purposes that predominantly are outside your trade, business or profession) and have your habitual residence in another EU country, you shall, however, continue to have the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law applicable in the state of your habitual residence.
If you are a corporation, limited liability company or commercial partnership or otherwise operate a commercial business (Kaufmann within the meaning of Sec. 1 (1) of the German Commercial Code) or are a legal entity or special fund organized under public law, the courts in Berlin, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all disputes arising out of or in connection with the relevant contract.
The following rights apply to you if you are a resident in the European Union and if you order the goods as a consumer (i.e. for purposes that predominantly are outside your trade, business or profession):
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bitwig GmbH, Schwedter Str. 13, 10119 Berlin, Germany; e-mail: email@example.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form (link below), but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided us with valid proof of having dispatched the goods to us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You have to bear the costs for return shipping in case of a withdrawal. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
