"Bitwig Day" is Coming to Kenya's Kilele Summit

February 14, 2024 will be "Bitwig day" in Nairobi, Kenya. Starting at 11:00, local musician, audio engineer and educator Hendrick Sam will host a three-part crash course in all things Bitwig Studio as part of Kilele, a new music technology summit organized by Santuri East Africa. Sam — a lecturer at the Africa Digital Media Institute in Nairobi — will cover the basics of music production, sound design, and live performance.

Express Yourself with Bitwig Studio is open to participants of all skill levels. It runs until 16:00 at OUT Reality, an exhibition space in the basement of The Mall in Nairobi. If you want to attend, click here to sign up for the workshop. Limited spots are available for Kilele ticketholders.
